About UEI LLCUniversal Energy is an international project management and services company, specializing in project and construction management, consulting services, commissioning and startup, plant operations and maintenance support services, training and procedure development. Our project support includes both domestic and international projects. UEI’s scope of services is designed to facilitate all aspects of project execution from the inception and Development stages, through the EPC Commissioning/Startup phase, Operator Mobilization, and continuing onto extended Commercial Operations of the facility. Services also include asset management, due diligence, specialty field services, decommissioning and plant layup and sustainment, and recommissioning. Additionally, UEI utilizes its core management team and network of experienced project managers, startup and commissioning managers, startup technicians, controls and instrumentation specialists, and plant operators to work for our clients under their site supervision on a manpower basis.
